Pros

The people on my team are what keeps me at this job. It is challenging

Cons

Every time we have some bad but real postings on our page, management "encourages" people to post good comments. There is so much to fix but we try to take on too much before we can get things handled first Im still uncertain that if I mess up that I will be fired without notice. People keep getting moved off my team and we have to take all of their accounts which is hard when we already have too many. We do not get paid enough to handle so many accounts.

Thanks for your review. As the one responsible for managing Glassdoor reviews and employee engagement, I can tell you that I have not encouraged people to post good comments. Frankly, other employees just disagree with the reviews and want to help build, grow and enrich this team, as Glassdoor reviews do have a direct impact on recruiting and headcount v. workload on our teams. If you are uncertain what will happen if you mess up, go talk to your manager. They will be able to clearly outline what you need to do to be a successful contributor on our team. If you are still unsure, come talk to me. I can honestly say that people are not terminated for mistakes, but rather, repeat performance issues or behavioral actions. However, before that time ever comes with an employee, they are extensively coached on how to improve these measures. There are many, many opportunities for being successful in your career at Digital Pharmacist, and I take it very seriously that each and every member of this team feels supported on their journey here, so if you are feeling lost on this point, come find me.

Pros

There are none!!! There is nothing good about this company that I can pretend to share! Just stay away from here

Cons

From the leadership, to the lack of training, differences in communication between sales & marketing, Cold calling, overworked teams, etc....they say they care about culture but it's clear they don't when you're treated like a number.

Thanks for your feedback. We wish that your experience while at Digital Pharmacist was more positive. We do have a robust training program for all of our current team members, with some teams -- like our sales team -- having 90+ day training ramp programs. Training is especially important to us, as our team numbers are small and workloads are quite large. Everyone is expected to make an impact, and this is reflected in the time we take to train new team members. Communication is always a tough point for fast-growing startups; we just ask that people be patient and bring forth new ideas for creating positive change in this arena. We do care a lot about our culture, which is why we continue to hold a very high standard for every hire we bring on, reward with rich compensation packages, benefits and perks, and ask employees to complete a feedback survey every six months to gauge team morale. We hope everyone at Digital Pharmacist has a positive and rewarding work experience, and are sorry that you did not experience this.

Pros

You'll get some gains because they throw the gauntlets at you. Okay product....a few little perks...insurance is decent...some happy hours...

Cons

Where do I start? It's a crap show over there let me tell you.... Nobodies honest, even the kitchen mouse is on some shady business. They're all about about looking good to potential buyers so they go with anything that makes them look good for the moment...no real HR looking out for people...a bunch of transfers from Yodle and and I know that place and theyre not making this one better...
