Pros

Since I started at Digital Pharmacist, I have received more sales training than I have in all of my other sales experience combined. It comes from everyone on the sales team. It is a very encouraging and supportive environment in which to earn a very comfortable living while continuing to develop your skills. The senior management is as concerned about your quality of life as they are about your sales performance. The culture is amazing and there a many perks to this job (happy hours, company sponsored trips, sporting events, and many more). With the recent addition of a highly qualified Sales Manager, the sales team is breaking records with aplomb and regularity all while continuing to promote a very positive culture and develop and sharpen the skills of the sales team. I'm extremely proud to be a part of this team and am grateful for the continued training and leadership.

Cons

With any startup, there are going to be hiccups. This company is growing very quickly and sometimes they overlook little things (parking, not enough room for everyone in the building, computers are a little slow at times). Changes to systems sometimes don't get communicated immediately. The call lists can get a little jumbled at times but it's a work in progress. The job can get a little monotonous at times - but what job doesn't.

Pros

The sales team is the best sales team I've ever been a part of....and it's not even close. I've worked in sales for four start-ups and two large/corporate companies and Digital Pharmacist has easily made me the happiest I've been professionally. I've personally referred multiple close-friends to work here. I strongly recommend Digital Pharmacist to any salesperson that wants to sell a highly successful product/service in a fun environment while supported by some of the best leaders in the industry. Oh, and the benefits are really nice too!

Cons

The company is quickly out-growing the office and parking space. I know we're currently evaluating a number of options, so I'm sure it'll work out. Digital Pharmacist has, like many companies, had some employees leave the company on bad-terms. It's unfortunate that a great company has to fight the public-relations / review battle when a few of those employees with an axe to grind decides to write multiple bad-reviews online. My advice to anyone interested in working here is to speak with current employees (we're easily found on LinkedIn) to hear about exactly what's going on and not take the input from reviews posted by disgruntled former-employees.
