Cons
Leaders are generally unconcerned with developing their employees, during the busy season (Sept-Jan) there is zero work-life balance, career advancement is non-existent in the sales/account management departments. The CEO is blatantly disrespectful to employees, and backhanded racists (I physically witnessed him tell a Chinese man in the programming/development dept that "his kind" are incredibly hard-working... a compliment I guess?). You'll notice they recruit a ton of summer interns to capitalize on their youth, enthusiasm, and lack of financial compensation. Smart from a business perspective I guess. Basically, a great place to work if this is your first job because odds are any company you work with afterwards will feel like a blessing.
