Pros

There is a lot of room for growth for individuals who are willing to put in the time and effort, and good work is acknowledged. The work atmosphere is fun and relaxed, and everyone is very nice and good-humored. There are free snacks, and lunch is provided every week, sometimes multiple days.

Cons

It is a startup, so expect a lot of work. Management is a little hands off, so you have to be able to manage your own time and be able to work without having someone constantly monitoring you.

Pros

Unfortunately i couldn't find anything good to mention. I feel bad for that but hey, you get your salary on time.

Cons

1. Senior leadership has no clue on which direction they wants to move on 2. Buggy product 3. No innovation in the product to attract the customer

Pros

Used to have snacks in the office and a decent workplace culture. Not anymore.

Cons

Everything has to go through the CEO and he is heavily influenced by his personal opinions and feelings versus what is best for the organization. They will overwork and underpay/underappreciate you and if you don't fall in line they have no problem making your life so difficult you either drown or are forced to quit. There is very little stability and not really many opportunities to move up in pay or title. But the worst part of this company is that it seems like the entire leadership team has no problem bad mouthing their employees. So many disrespectful things said behind people's backs - whether they left the company or are still working there. Schoolyard bully behavior.
