      Pros

      Very little overtime required, good work/life balance. Decent benefits but could be better. Not a terrible place to work.

      Cons

      Advancement is slow, pay is not up to market standards especially for folks not in metropolitan areas. PTO advancement is slow.

      Excellent Leader in CEO Tim Biltz

      Pros

      Tim Biltz took over in 2012 and turned the company around to a successful sale in 2017 to private equity. You will not find a leader like Tim often in life, and I felt privileged to work for him.

      None that I can think of.
