      Your voice is heard here at Lumos. Supervisors/Managers will take your input and put it to good use! Everyone is here to support you if you ever have any questions or issues. This company truly cares for it's customers and employees.

      Too many chiefs not enough Indians; top heavy with redundant manager positions from the original lumos side.
