Pros

If you’ve ever wanted to witness what happens when a company runs on vibes instead of leadership congratulations you’ve found your new safari adventure. You’ll develop resilience emotional calluses and a front row seat to decisions that make you question whether anyone in charge has actually run a business before. Great coworkers, though solidarity trauma bonding is very real.

Cons

The culture? Imagine a reality show where the contestants don’t know they’re on camera yet they’re still performing. Politics over competence ego over experience chaos over strategy. It’s like watching a leadership team pick options out of a hat and call it vision. Ideas are welcomed the same way airlines welcome emotional support peacocks: technically allowed deeply resented and absolutely not going anywhere. If you’re smart capable or have opinions grounded in reality you’ll be seen as a threat. If your only skill is nodding enthusiastically while saying nothing of value welcome to upper management. Every decision feels like it’s made in a vacuum probably because oxygen would require too much transparency. And the hierarchy? Picture a pyramid scheme but emotionally. You can actually feel your professional development pack a suitcase and leave your body.
