      Pros

      Generous when it comes to gifts, food, events, etc. Most of the employees are great people. Cool offices & location.

      Cons

      Bad management. Obvious nepotism. Company values are not being kept on the day-to-day routine but presented outside as if they are. Lots of drama behind the scenes and no will to actually change anything for the better. A significant resignation wave every 2 months or so. Not too happy to promote or give raises.

      Great location Good work-life balance Nice salary and benefits

      Cons

      Too much hierarchy. Micromanagement. No real vision for the product & the company. Distrust of higher management in employees (Doesn't believe in work from home). ALOT of unnecessary organizational changes that are not planned thoroughly. High turnover of experienced people. No real cultural values. Prefers fast delivery over quality. Promotions are based on seniority and not talent nor experience which creates management that doesn't fully understands the product or how to manage people.
