Leadership is unprofessional and unethical. Center staff do not feel valued. Overworked and underpaid. Reprimand is inconsistent and expectations seem to differ among staff depending on your personal relationships to leadership. People are let go and promoted seemingly without reason. Always always always understaffed, causing center staff to feel exhausted and undervalued when they put extra time in. Center managers are messy and lack management skills and training. When you try to talk to HR about your concerns nothing happens. I honestly don’t know how these centers are operating. So many good people have quit because they were tired of the turnover and tired of seeing people mainly supervisors get away with the same things over and over again.

Supervisor is as unprofessional and professionally unethical. If you want to make a complaint to change and improve the work environment HR will literally send you a list of people to go through...starting with your supervisor. Makes zero sense when that's the person you're trying to report. There is no professionalism in any way and I question how some centers are still operating. Everyone has 1 foot out the door at our office and for a long time there were people quitting on a weekly basis. Instead of trying to change to keep what you have, we were threatened of being fired by an ill-equipped upper management. There is no growth opportunity, no respect, work environment is incredibly uncomfortable. AVOID THIS PLACE.
