Excellent compensation but I felt as though I had sold my soul to the devil.

Cons

Expectations are unrealistic. Afraid to ask for time off - may be terminated. Not a teamwork atmosphere; everyone is out for themselves.

Everything. It's seriously the worst job you will ever have, especially if you're stuck with a bad supervisor. I'm sure the rest of Lutheran is fine but every review about the Fort Myers branch is a one star because it is that terrible. Do not apply here.
