Pros

Its fun to come to work and every day is a new challenge. Lutz is easily the best place I've ever worked thanks to the people that work here. Senior leadership is very responsive to new ideas and challenges to the status quo. The "We do it this way because that's how we've always done it." mentality doesn't fly in the Lutz Tech culture.

Cons

You'll gain 10lbs in your first 3 months. You must be comfortable with change.
