Managers don't listen, are insecure, and ineffective. Racial and gender bias goes completely unchecked.

Pros

I love my co-workers, awesome benefits, and lots of learning opportunities.

Cons

Hard to move up even if you have a lot of experience prior to coming on board, low pay, since they have gone public a lot of things are being cut. Decrease in pay to our drivers has made them increasingly volitile and unhappy we get to be the face they complain to about everything they are unhappy with and it gets overwhelming especially if you are a CA in the express drive location.
