      Pros

      By and large, you can work without being micromanaged. If you want to chance working for Lynchval you might have a chance to make a difference.

      Cons

      The software that was developed by its founder Joe Lynch has fallen way behind the times. The company is treading water. There are just a few clients/contracts that keep it afloat. Pay raises are virtually nil.

      A very nice place to work...management listened to new ideas and were very receptive to change

      New management could not be trusted...dishonest not forthcoming.
