      Pros

      Best thing about working at LyondellBasell is that you can add Fortune 150 level experience to your resume, leveraging that to a better role.

      Cons

      Lack of direction from leadership. There are more confidential replacement searches in one year than what most companies do in 10 years. New leaders just show up with out transparency or without direction. Turnover is outragous and there is nothing being done to stop it. The feeling is that employees are treated like buses - another will be along in 10 min.
