      It has been a very rough year!

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits although not equitable within the company. Finally moving forward after emergence from bankruptcy. Management talks about becoming a world class organization although some of their decisions don't line up with that vision.

      Cons

      There is still a lot of uncertainty and transition going on. Pay structure does not line up with the hours expected to work. There is no work life balance.

      The company should do well in future Houston office wont relocate any time soon great people desire to make the company better for employees

      Cons

      Expect you to work at home and on weekends Under staffed Poor interdepartmental communication No plans for employee growth - HR disconnect tight ship, not may frills or percs

      Remnants of the best staff in Houston are a joy to work with on projects Current employees enjoy good salaries Bonus structure is good

      Cons

      Senior management that came in the beginning of 2010 has steadily run personnel and morale in to the ground. I wish I could say this is limited to one group or department but it's company-wide. If you love working weekends, doing the work of three people and being on call 24x7 this is the place for you. Senior management has aggressively cut staff and increased projects so that almost all work is desperately understaffed. Hard work is never recognized and many positions are steadily being outsourced. It is not a happy place to work with an atmosphere of political back-stabbing starting to take over. Many employees that have been with the company for 10+ years are walking away from pension and bonus.
