      Pros

      If you like money and don't mind being bullied, this is a great place to work. Also, the company is posting record profits.

      Cons

      The turnover is high, and employees are fearful of their job security. Even long term employees (5 years plus) are quitting in droves.

      Team Enviroment, great communication and supportive management and great morale!

      Cons

      a lot of corporate politics interfer with departmental goals in which in the end you have to adhere to, to only go back to the original departmental goals...... a lot of time and work wasted
