Overall the company was fair in job placement ie; the person was correct for the job, not what race or gender that person was

Cons

Having to work out in the environment when it is 20 below 0 things freeze and break and unfortunately I was one of those lucky employs that got to go out side and fix it

Pros

Steady pay check and lot's of change - for those that love change on a weekly basis. The benfits aren't bad, but that's about it on the pro's.

Cons

There are way too many to list here. This place has really gone down hill since the shopping spree that created this company. There is no focus on those that actually make things happen. I have been here for a long time and it is sad to see what we've become. I honestly do not know one happy employee.
