      the people work / life balance the compensation for salaried employees was nice

      Cons

      lack of opportunity for growth hourly workers were/are treated poorly upper management lack integrity decisions are short sighted difficult environment w/current economic situation total lack of diversity at the management level

      Competitive salary, friendly co-workers, opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Not competitive at all as there is no performance review process, management is very shady when delivering bad news, learned all the news about the company from newspapers, workers are valued based on their "good" relation with bosses not the quality of individual work (I have seen extremely bright, hard-working, overachievers being fired for no reason and lazy employees being promoted), not innovative as they claim to be.
