Horrible ethics. The company is for the “customers,” which are corporations like Walmart and Amazon. Mental health care is an afterthought and the clients are essentially numbers and AI trainers.

No longer mission driven. Culture has shifted. Lots of turnover. Too many changes too frequently with little plan or structure or transparency in order to implement effectively.
