Pros
This place is a typical startup! It’s exciting, fast paced, and employees are super passionate about what they do. For a company that’s growing really fast, management has done a good job of communicating to employees where we’d like to be, where we are now, and what we need to focus on. The perks are pretty awesome too! It includes monthly fitness stipend, education reimbursement, catered lunch, and dogs in the office just to name a few. Last but certainly not least, they believe in “healthy hustle”. This means if you need to work from home, because you have an appointment or a sick kid, no one is going to give you a hard time. A huge plus in my book!
Cons
This place is a typical startup! There are growing pains for sure. Rapid growth can cause some confusion and miscommunication between teams. There’s still a lot of inefficiencies. But, honestly, that’s what makes working for a startup exciting! If you want your job to be the same every single day, then this place is definitely not for you.
