      Pros

      Strong values-based culture and a driven team. Leadership cares about employee happiness. Very performance-focused, data driven in decision-making.

      Cons

      We're an organization that's growing fast, and along with that comes all the related challenges of scale (adding new teammates, clarifying roles, etc.)

      I come from a big, well-known tech company, and this has been my favorite company by far for many reasons: - Values-driven company - Leadership values employee growth, wellness, and happiness immensely - Employees are set up to make huge impact early on - Diversity/inclusion - Open door policy — employees at all levels are open and receptive to meetings/feedback - Diverse hiring practices - Mission-driven employees - Great benefits

      Cons

      - Not enough office space as we continue to grow the team (which should be fixed in the near future)
