Pros
- Having worked for several great and terrible startups, I think Lyric is awesome. Definitely a lot more we can do on the process and infrastructure side, but what we do have for a company at our stage is still pretty good. - Interesting biz model that's actually exciting - Inspiring team. Good culture (not bro-y at all). Really like the community engagement we do that is encouraged but not forced. - Lots of opportunity to make an impact if you take initiative. - Leadership team is personable and open to suggestions - Work life balance is pretty good
Cons
- New building we moved into is not pet friendly and I miss the doggos. - Projects can get scrapped and direction changes quickly. Alas, this is startup life. - We don't celebrate wins or do as many team activities as we should
