1. They say they are there for their employees. I found this to be a lie. Any company will say anything to try to make themselves look good. 2. Department of Labor found I was UNJUSTLY fired from M&T Bank. They will lie about you if they want you gone. 3. They do NOT treat ALL employees the same. There are ones that do no wrong and ones that go in and do their job and are not recognized. 4. This company does not understand things happen out of employees control. You will have NO home life working for M&T Bank.
