      They actually walk the talk!!

      Pros

      This company truly does care about their employees. A lot of companies say they do, but this one shows it on a daily basis. Allen Read and John McKibbon are two of the nicest people you will ever meet and several times I have wanted to poke them to check if they are real. It has been an adjustment coming from companies that expect you to work ungodly hours to get the job done to a company that really wants you to spend time with your family and have true balance. But I can get used to it!! I once asked what the downside was and I was told they want you to work. Well, the work is fun so I am still not seeing the downside!

      Cons

      The ONLY con is that it can get really cold in our corner of this beautiful office. But I requested and received an electric throw blanket from my Secret Santa and now I am good! :)

      Pros

      Company has a family feel culture. Teamwork is encouraged and opportunities are there for those who apply themselves to the can do mentality.

      Cons

      Competitive pay needs attention and increased for the area market.

As far as the pay goes, we are constantly reviewing our salaries in comparison to market and we have plans in place to adjust if needed both for new hires and existing team members. We also offer profit sharing and stock to employees based on tenure which further increases the positives!

      Pros

      -Really great working culture and transparency -Even though you have to come to work some days it doesn't feel like work because of the people, facility and employee engaging activities that occur. -You can tell that leadership really values their employees here not just in thought or word but even more so in action. That is a breath of fresh air compared to past companies I've worked for.

      Cons

      The company is growing so fast that sometimes it's hard to keep up with all that needs to be done. It's hard to anticipate the workload as well, as once you get something done you have something else or 10 other things hitting your plate out of the blue.
