      Good Company --- Needs Fixes

      Pros

      The Company has awesome benefits and cares about the employees.

      Cons

      Company growing but won't spend the money to make the fixes needed for their systems and accounting software they sell to the Hospitality industry. Always giving users a work around fix..

      No structure

      Pros

      Good PTO. 3 weeks in first year. 4 Weeks in second year. 5 weeks in third year.

      Cons

      No structure from management. Everyone seems to just be "winging it". Most employees feel underpaid and overworked. Many people have left due to lack of growth opportunities.

      We appreciate the feedback and during this time period we were launching a brand new product that created lots of internal changes. We have since organized all work flows, onboarded almost 100 customers, and have grown the team with skills needed to be successful. We were just voted #23 in the AJC Top Workplaces out of 150,000 businesses in the metro area. I'm sorry it didn't work for this person, but I think many of our 200 people are pretty happy based on our recent award and our very low turnover. We wish you the best in your new career choice!

      Leadership Really Wants To Help You Grow.

      Pros

      The two supervisors I had during my time at M3 were extremely interested and supportive in helping me grow professionally, even when my career took me on a path away from their department. Leadership in the company is all-around very visible and supportive of getting their people where they want to be. -Great Benefits + Ample Time Off -Brand new office building -Steady growth -Lots of promotion from within -Lots of employee engagement efforts (events/groups/food/swag)

      Cons

      Wages could be a little more competitive with the rest of Metro Atlanta.
