      Pros

      No traffic commute, Friendly environment, good benefit package with 401k match.

      Cons

      Training material for the position is a little tough to come by because each customer has their own wants and needs.

      Great company to work for, quality time with family. Able to work from home occasionally.

      Cons

      Outgrowing work space. Moved us into smaller desks. We are moving into a new building soon though...

      Thanks for this positive review - I'm glad you are happy! We are excited to move to a bigger space although it will take a while to build it out, so it's good you like the co-workers you work alongside closely. Our growth is phenomenal and we expect numerous new positions in 2017!

      Pros

      Company of high integrity. Executives and Managers are respectful. This is built from the top down. High energy, flexible work environment. A fantastic closely held company which is reflected in it's family culture.

      Cons

      Management needs to encourage decision making. Company experiences growing pains by creating too many different objectives in a short time window.

      Our focus is the customer and giving them a superior experience, so it's true that we have a lot of priorities that we all juggle. We are very busy and in a bit of a hurry!
