Pros

On a lower level, people are great to work with. Great Health Benefits.

Cons

Upper management tends to be near sighted and tunnel visioned. Compensation is not competitive, as they push "we are opposite direction from Atlanta." Too many responsibilities on one person, leads to bottle necking and added pressure. Very bad work/life balance, as some testing/deployments can go past midnight.

Pros

This is a well ran company with a great vision and leaders that I have confidence in. They care about their employees and are concerned about always doing what is right.

Cons

Sometimes communication is difficult because there are many different departments in the company and it is difficult to all feel like we are a part of the same company.

Pros

Working at M3 is a big investment for me and my family. I have been with the company for almost 3 years now. I am very blessed to be part of a great company and I look forward to many more years. Here at M3, we are growing and expending which can leads to role changes, if desired. In my department, I have a wonderful manager and teammates. We tend to work with other departments on a normal basis and we show high respect and professionalism between the departments. Overall, I am very pleased and blessed to be a part of M3.

Cons

In my position, sometime I pull long hours, but this is so I can stay on top on my duties and not feel so overwhelmed when I come into work the next morning. I personally had learned to delegate task to the appropriate people and stop trying to be super-worker!
