Bring Your Dog to Work Days, as well as many other events, are low-to-no cost, and the benefits far surpass not having the events. In considering budget distribution, we want to emphasize that the allocated amount per employee would be very insignificant. The rich experiences and relationships formed through our events greatly outweigh the per employee monetary value. We see the value of the hybrid schedule arrangement and are committed to supporting a balanced work-life experience. Events are always held on in-office days to bring you fun and enrichment during your work days. Participation is always optional. However, we hope that you enjoy the positive atmosphere our events bring, like many of our employees currently do. We appreciate all feedback even when it is critical. Since you indicated that you're a former employee, hopefully you have expressed your concerns prior to your exit. Our wages are competitive to our market, and we evaluate our wages annually to make sure that we're compensating our employees fairly. On top of our excellent benefits and other perks, we offer an attractive place to work. We always encourage our employees to grow and hopefully that is with M3.
