This company truly cares for it's employees. M3 has the best products in the category and it shows! They have one of the best compensation packages I have ever seen. They put their employees first and that translates down to the clients in the service they are provided.

Cons

There are no cons with working for this company.

Pros

M3 is fanatical about customer satisfaction. If you are a hotelier looking for industry specific technology, designed and developed by hoteliers for hoteliers, then M3 is your place. If you are in IT, development or sales; especially with a hospitality background, I would encourage you to set an alert for M3 Accounting and find a way to start a career here. Compensation is competitive, benefits are outstanding and the leadership empowers and encourages success.

Cons

There are no downsides to M3. It truly is one of those great, American companies where a full day's work is rewarded with good pay and great benefits.
