4yThanks for taking the time to review us and I'm sorry you felt we deserved the low rating. I'd love to know more details if you care to share them about your cons. Nothing is perfect but we do work hard to treat everyone fairly and train our supervisors to do the same.

3yThank you for the review and clearly you have some concerns. I'd love it if you'll come talk with me to see what we can do to address them. I will say that we think highly of our employees and we have done so much for them - no layoffs during recessions/pandemic, free health coverage for the entire family, flexibility, hybrid work schedule...So if there is some work to do between and amongst teams, I'd like a little more detail so we can try to make it better. Turnover is a worldwide problem right now and we are steady again. and you may be unaware of the work we have done to help alleviate the stresses people feel when we are made aware. Anyway, if you're willing to come talk confidentially, maybe we can solution some things.
