Pros

I've been with M3 for over a year and they are absolutely amazing. They were accomadating when i lost my father and sent flowers. They are flexible with office hours and work from home days. This is the place you retire from.

Cons

Employee recognition could be improved

I'm happy that you like the company so well and exciting that you see us as a very long term company! I'm also sorry for your loss of your dad. Please let me know what we could do better with employee recognition - come talk with our Engagement Ambassador or me!

Pros

M3 has a family-like atmosphere; perfect work-life balance with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home; management is approachable, respectful, and doesn't "micro-manage"; the overall environment is very friendly and supportive. M3 offers very generous benefits, including fully paid health insurance, 100% 401K matching at 6%, fully vested as soon as you're eligible to participate, and generous PTO; they also offer creative "unconventional" benefits such as monthly breakfasts, monthly food trucks (all fully paid for by the company), an annual allowance to buy company logo'd Lands' End clothing, a generous work-from-home allowance to buy what you need to set up your home office (given one time, after 90 days of employment), family picnics, holiday meals/celebrations, a large gym with showers, etc, and a "fluid" work environment where you're free to take your laptop and plop down on a couch or in a quiet corner if you get tired of being at your desk.

Cons

Training is VERY fast and you have to kind of learn on your own/learn as you go after the initial training period. The office is really large and the departments are very spread out. It's hard to get to know anyone outside your immediate area. I see people everyday that I've never seen before, even though they've likely worked here for years. I know very few people's names, positions, etc. However, we're free to move around the office and get to know people if/when we want to, so the opportunity is there, it's just a bit overwhelming.

Thanks so much for reviewing us and giving some candid comments! We do have the buddy program to try to help meet people and make that initial "get to know you part" easier. Our engagement ambassador will also be happy to help anyone make new friends by either doing introductions, arranging small get togethers with 3 or 4 people and so on. I've even been known to suggest some people to connect with and make introductions for those who might be more introverted or hesitant. Just ask!
