Good PTO. 3 weeks in first year. 4 Weeks in second year. 5 weeks in third year.

Cons

No structure from management. Everyone seems to just be "winging it". Most employees feel underpaid and overworked. Many people have left due to lack of growth opportunities.

We appreciate the feedback and during this time period we were launching a brand new product that created lots of internal changes. We have since organized all work flows, onboarded almost 100 customers, and have grown the team with skills needed to be successful. We were just voted #23 in the AJC Top Workplaces out of 150,000 businesses in the metro area. I'm sorry it didn't work for this person, but I think many of our 200 people are pretty happy based on our recent award and our very low turnover. We wish you the best in your new career choice!

Pros

M3 is a great place to work. The is very little pressure working here. The ability to place the customer first is very noticeable. I love the fact that there is an open-door policy here that you can truly see. You can even talk to the president of the company very easily. The environment is relaxed and enjoyable. This company look out for the customer and employee with the right amount of balance. While we are moving to the new location they take employee suggestions to heart.

Thanks for the review and the advice - since we are growing so much, we are hiring an Employee Engagement Ambassador, and the primary purpose of the role is to help us all continuously improve the culture and atmosphere we are trying to promote - hopefully it will help us keep the family feel intact as you suggested!

I love coming to work and all my teammates really care about each other. Our management team is the best and will do everything to resolve issues that arise. It really feels like a family all working together to be the best in supporting our customers! The CEO Mr. Read is down to earth and genuinely cares about everyone
