Good for young people, as their salary levels are high and you have regular upgrades.

Cons

Not being able to choose your own setup (laptop/monitor). I didn't get stuck with a laptop that is suboptimal.

flexibility in moving between roles and time off when required

Cons

initiatives created for the sake of keeping busy. Lots of good speeches but just ideas and no actual realisation. Self promotion / marketing is key to long term survival
