Pros
The benefits are good compared to other companies here in Copenhagen, the pension is very good, the company is a very strong brand in Denmark and it helps a lot.
Cons
A company without identity. In technology, 80% of the employees are Indian, extremely sexist, disorganized and rude. It is easy to see that many do not have the technical ability to be in the company, but for an extremely obscure business they are hired. IT is a disaster, it lacks technical knowledge and experience. Managers, for the most part, are managers only at home time and not by competence. A market leader without global vision.
