Banglore Technology Centre is a "Mess"!

Pros

Subsidized food and free transportation are the only good features about Bangalore Technology Centre.

Cons

Unbearable office politics, Non technical people playing technical roles, Technical leadership not upto the industry standards, hooliganism, Hire and Fire culture. HR's knows most of these things but will not be able to help you out, also nothing will be confidential!

Pros

- There is a huge room of improvement, and you can be part of that. - Danes have a lot of respect for the company :) - Great work life balance

Cons

- Upper management is completely disconnected from us, decisions are mostly dictated and don't necessarily make sense - Maersk is awesome in shipping, but it is really lacking in the digital side, HR & finance tools are ancient - Developers are forced to jump through hoops to make anything happen (security and bureaucracy) - There is a major disconnect between departments, it isn't uncommon to find two teams working on similar products without even knowing - there is no defined career path (for software engineers) - Due to all the above, the turn over is very high - There are tons of politics in the company, I've never witnessed anything like that in my 10 years career
