Promotions are rarely merit based. Antiquated management tactics, complete disconnection between departments, management relies on its location to retain employees.

It's a stable company with flexible hours. The culture is relaxed. The business is necessary so you don't need to be concerned about lack of business.

Cons

I don't really have any cons that stand out in my mind. I enjoy my job, the days go by very quickly there really isn't anything that sticks out.

Been to some pretty crappy jobs and this was a great start. Systems are old but supervisors are fun and helpful along with HR security sucks. I think you need some new guards..
