Pros
More than fair compensation, convenient location, good people to work with. The longer you stay with the company the more you realize just how vast your options are. Insurance companies are not just all about claims but much much more. They value higher education, whether it be internal or external. Not only do they want the company to succeed but it truly feels like the company wants you to succeed with them and not only that, but they will succeed because of you.
Cons
while nepotism is no longer allowed, there is still favoritism, this applies to all companies, anywhere, can't really say it's a 'con' but couldn't leave the space blank.
