      Pros

      Coworkers and networking. Location right off the highway is good. Salaries and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      Poor management communication (especially regarding layoffs). Good employees have overwhelming workloads, get burnt out. Some positions offer full time remote work with covid, some do not but could. Schedule flexibility is minimal, but not consistent across managers.

      Coming up with emojis to represent the clowns that run this organization. 🦨🚀🌽🍖🥪💉👬🏼🐴

      Cons

      Promotions capped at 10%. "we'll make it up to you over 2 year period every 6 months in order to get you to salary minimum" Meanwhile hire any Bobo off the street at 30% more than the minimum despite having never proven it at MAPFRE.

      Cons

      Reliant of antiquated technology and business practices. Flailing in the marketplace and unsure of what to do about it. Layers of middle management consistently hamstring those with ideas and slow down progress. Frequency layoffs on the rise.
