Pros

Location. I can't think of four more words to make the five word minimum. But I guess I just did

Cons

Very very clicky atmosphere. People complain all day. So negative. You must punch a clock in and out. You must not even be one minute late or you will get spoken to. Treated like a child. Absolutely no Freedom unless you count your 15 minute break and 45 minute lunch. Some people can stand around chit-chatting all day long others will get spoken to and written up for the same thing. Favoritism is definitely an issue around here. HR is a complete joke. They are the meanest nastiest Department in the whole company. I had to speak with them once about an issue and they basically told me it was my problem to deal with. No one really knows what is human or what is resource about them. This really is just a negative nasty company to work for

Pros

Work-life balance is good Work from home/flexible schedule benefit is great PTO No traffic during commuting You may stay here until you retire

Cons

The culture is less inspiring/innovative. Compensation is not great. No bonus at all. It might be a good place for people who want to settle down here for the rest of their life, but not so great young people....

Pros

Gilbert Office Freedom As a claims adjuster, you are allowed to THINK and do what’s appropriate. Treat you like an adult Great benefits and good cost for benefits

Cons

The computer systems SUCK. BAD. New employee training is horrendous. You’re stuck with a current employee training you, even if you have never adjusted a claim in your life. Meanwhile the rep training you has to keep up their workload at the same time because management comes down on them if they don’t stay up on their work and if they don’t train the employee properly, it’s reflected on that employee. Favoritism is a big issue.
