      Pros

      Decent wages. Also Mapfre will pay for some schooling it it is job related.

      Cons

      The company will cut budgets everywhere, but yet all the big wigs will get a company Range Rover or Mercedes. They waste money, but yet my department is not allowed to get new chairs we have to use the at least decade old, uncomfortable, unergonomic crap. also the annual raises are pathetic. The price of benefits go up every year and we get less coverage. The compnay does not care about us.

      -relatively easy work to complete

      -some of the members of management are less than pleasant to work with -the increased expectations, as they attempt to save money, they are increasingly consolidating roles without fair compensation to the employees
