Pros
1. Communicating with clients improves your communication skills. 2. For IST and EST shift except stretching for 10 hrs they will get lots of benefits. 3. You can earn money when compared to other service based companies in the market.
Cons
1. Company is unfair with night shift employees, they have hardly few claims and benefits compared to IST and EST shifts. 2. Company mentions 10:00pm to 6:00am or 11:00pm to 7:00am for night shift but reality is 11:30pm to 9:00am and it even can extend to 10 or 11am also. 3. There is no fixed shift every month your shift will be changed.
