      1. Good starting pay scale. 2. Exponential learning: I in my one year tenure worked on a lot of technologies, SQL, Web development, Power BI, Automation, and Machine learning The management opportunities that they give in such an early stage of your career are amazing. I once got to manage my team of 4 people when my Manager was on leave for 2 weeks. Not only the occasional management opportunities, I was given many other opportunities to help manage the team. 3. Working on new technologies 4. Bi-annual performance appraisals. 5. Work ethic and company culture.

      1. MAQ software has a small training period and unlike other companies you are exposed to a lot of actual project work in your early days. 2. Project managers and team leads are great mentors. 3. There is a lot of process involved ( the way it should be ) to get a code checked in. Thorough code and design reviews are companies habit and not just a policy. 4. Over and above an employee's CTC, the employee's are encouraged to appear for Microsoft Certification's in latest technologies. 5. The push for adoption of Azure and Machine Learning is commendable.

      Cons

      Maintaining work life balance is a problem due to early project exposure and lack of basic employee experience.

      1. High Learning Curve 2. Hardworking and Talented teammates 3. Active focus on learning new technologies

      Cons

      1. Domain specific work - Mostly won't be useful in the future 2. Work will be more or less same after 1 year 3. Extremely long working hours 4. No co-ordination amongst management 5. CEO who is more of a headmaster of a school (Will take quizzes whenever he is around )
