Pros

Great staff and work environment. I really forward to coming to work each day. My manager is very good at his job and very motivational. Upper management (both Katie and Ken) are very hands on but do not micro manage. The management team overall is very approachable and honest with all employees. This is a rare trait from management, especially in the staffing industry.

Cons

The only "con" I can think of may be the comparison of Allied Health, Nursing and IT. All are separate identities and should not be measured again one another.

Pros

MAS is a very fast paced groowing comapny. The internal ans external staff are treated well. I personally have found thhe utmost respect and encouragement from all levels here. Ideas are talked about and the willingness to allow them to be tried. Everyone is very comfortable with each other and treated with respect. MAS is a fun place to work which makes the day go by really quickly sometimes it is hard to believe it is over. They are also very family oriented and understanding. I love working for MAS!!! So many opportunities have been presented to me here. Everyone from the Owners down are great!

Cons

I have no cons couldn't ask for a better place to work this is the best career choice I have ever made

Pros

The atmosphere at MAS is awesome, everyone is super friendly and outgoing. We did trivia every morning just to get everyone excited and ready for the day. There are a lot of team building exercises and employee incentives that they offer which make working more fun. The owner is wonderful, he truly wants everyone to be happy and does everything he can to make that happen. It is an excellent company with even better people. There are terrific benefits thru MAS and every day we got an hour and fifteen minutes for lunch, which is unheard of at any other job I've had. If you are interested and like recruiting then MAS is a wonderful place to work.

Cons

MAS had little to no work/life balance, I was constantly taking work home with me. And when I didn't do anything after hours it was considered lazy and that I wasn't trying hard enough. My manager was an extreme micro-manager. He loved telling me what to do, how to say things, what to ask, all while I was on the phone with a potential candidate. Also it got frustrating making phone calls all day with no movement. It was rare getting someone on the phone who wanted to go through the recruiting process. But that is more the nature of the beast rather than MAS as a company. However even when you did get someone thru the process and placed in a job, the commission plans weren't great and not always guaranteed. Also there are a lot of company changes going on that a lot of the employees don't agree with so it makes for some tense conversations.
