Pros
Free food the company offers, nice building and parking garage, and some good individual people that are really nice.
Cons
Poor management. Was constantly going through new managers and supervisors. Poor training system. Felt like the higher ups in the company don't really care about you so they could care less if you fail. Was consistently told lies about getting new accounts and clients. Expect you to learn the technical skills that you're working on by "googling it". Each recruiter was held to a different standard. No team building activities or outings. A total of 10 employees that started when I was there or after I started all ended up taking new jobs because of the poor environment. Would hire new employees even though work was slow so the new hires were pointless. Their business model is to hire a college graduate they expect to quit in a year, absolutely no opportunity for growth. Forced to work low margin VMS jobs with little opportunity for making commission, yet they pay a low commission based, base salary. Quiet and lonely office where people keep their heads down and work (or kill time by online shopping and watching Netflix). Expect you to eat your lunch at your desk and work simultaneously.
