      Pros

      Many hard working and caring people.

      Cons

      I believe that it is important to have revenue and profitability goals. However, decisions are made solely on how to make more money and squeeze more margin from customers. The company values have been replaced by making money for the owners and commission driven sales force. Investments in infrastructure, training and new systems only happen if they support sales. Which I guess should be expected for a sales company.

      Pros

      open door policy, outside of the box thinking, very little red tape, quick decisive management, consultants who are treated with respect and valued, account managers who actually KNOW their clients, recruiters who are motivated, it's absolutely the best of the best in the industry. It truly is staffing done right.

      Good money, not so good management

      Pros

      Good pay, cutting edge tech, workable hardware. Also, they have a large client base to keep you working even after your initial contract. Some of the higher level developers are very knowledgeable.

      Cons

      My biggest complaint is a lack of transparency from management, combined with a very limited vision that stresses the outsider appearance of "Matrix", rather than providing the best client solution. Not all of the developers are particularly good at their job.
