Decent Internship

Pros

People are friendly and the internship program has good structure. It is great experience if you are trying to get into some type of recruiting or sales role. The office is nice and there is always a ton of food!

Cons

The work is a bit tedious and can become boring after a while. Also, the other employees would talk down to me and didn't really take me seriously. I didn't feel valued as an employee. Weak culture.

Pros

Large accounts in Atlanta. Life work schedule is ok. If you're a Sales Rep. life is good. Nice bonus trip once a year for top performers.

Cons

Low Salary. Low commission structure. Low morale. Management's inability to motivate the team. Lack of cultural diversity within the company. If you aren't in Sales, you're considered a 2nd class employee. Too many chiefs; not enough Indians.
