      They found a position for me.

      Pros

      They have connections with some major companies and they offer health and 401K benefits. Position I secured is not too far from home and the travel is quite tolerable.

      Cons

      Rarely hear from them once placed in a position. I have never heard a work about a possible rate increase due to employability and consistently accreditable performance.

      Pros

      Overall I will say that Matrix was a good place to work. They have a good handle on the market. Everyone seemed ethical and straight shooters. The branch manager in Dallas was sharp and had a handle on things.

      Cons

      Comp plan for recruiters versus sales people seemed off and favors sales reps. No matching on 401k or base salary.
