      Pros

      Matrix has the resources and market positioning to serve both clients and consultants. I liked the company, the staff as well as the other consultants and my clients.

      Cons

      This statement may apply only to certain individuals and not the entire company. My recruiter understood little of my project. When my assignment ended, I found the next assignment through my own network.

      Pay is descent but that's it

      No paid holidays which I think is cheap Limited client base Bad communication with client No one-on-one to see where you would like to go in your career, just worried about placement and making money off of you More worried about the big company their working with than your satisfaction

      No matching 401k when I was there Management was a bit uneven - corporate management at headquarters didn't seem too genuine
