Pros

MC Assembly is really pushing an agenda to make theirs a better workplace through training, programs, and certifications. There is a tuition reimbursement program and the company does many small things for employees that add up to a lot (free luncheons, service awards, employee recognition) There are many local events in which they participate (Habitat for Humanity, Kids without Christmas, Backpacks for underprivileged school children, etc)

Cons

Business can be up and down (contract manufacturing). MC has hired a lot of local talent and is respectful when reducing their workforce

Pros

Working with people you become very close friends. Never the same issue but new thing ever day.some mangers are nice.

Cons

They don't pay what your worth.overtime for certain people. Higher management need to come down off the high horse. Treat people with respect and equally treatment.skip people that earn a shot for higher position.
