Pros

Great coverage internationally. Travel and gain insights to various cultures and B2B and B2C experience.

Cons

Lead times can be short but pending on the person this could also be a positive as well if they work well under pressure!

Pros

You get to meet a lot of interesting people. The clients are awesome, and colleagues are very nice, too. As the teams tend to be rather small, you can expect to do loads of different little tasks, learning all the time new skills. Also, if you work for the events team, you will travel a lot. If you like it, it is great. - interesting clients - you learn a lot - international job and roles

Cons

The company demands that you account each 15 minutes with a correct client account. In the end, you end up spending up to 1 hour every week in managing and trying to calculate how much you work for each client. The stress is also very palpable, and you will be expected to easily handle more than one client at the time. The management support is very weak, and tends to blame you for not managing yourself if you struggle. The HR is super long. Don't expect to get fast responses ever. - intense stress - poor managerial support - high focus on costs that means that you end up working for multiple accounts

Pros

I'm sure it varies by office but in general they employ positive and helpful people who are willing to take time to assist with your learning and development. This contributes to a pleasant working environment and makes it easier to work through stressful periods when things are busy. There is a lot of emphasis on work life balance. Achievements are noted and rewarded. Very flat structure so that all levels of management are approachable. Can gain a wide ranging experience if you put yourself forward for projects.

Cons

A lot of 'company visions' and 'global strategies' are communicated from HQ but could benefit from more local planning and forward thinking.
