The company demands that you account each 15 minutes with a correct client account. In the end, you end up spending up to 1 hour every week in managing and trying to calculate how much you work for each client. The stress is also very palpable, and you will be expected to easily handle more than one client at the time. The management support is very weak, and tends to blame you for not managing yourself if you struggle. The HR is super long. Don't expect to get fast responses ever.
